Digi-Path will create three outputs
Output 1: Identification of online local public (and private) TCN friendly services
Output 2: Development of a user-friendly game fostering access to local services
Output 3: Development of a Capacity-building Programme for Municipal Professionals and Adult TCN trainers
The project will identify and catalogue online local public (and private) TCN friendly services (output 1) and become accessible through a user-friendly social integration game (output 2), that will be a corner-stone in the facilitation of the social inclusion of TCNs, fostering their access to the labour market and relevant rights, professional guidance, family planning, available benefits, social insurance, registry etc.
The Digi-Path social inclusion approach is further facilitated by increasing the competences of the Local / Municipal Public Administration staff, in terms of more efficient communication with and support for Third Country Nationals. This will be achieved through the Development of a Capacity-building Training Programme for Municipal Professionals and Adult TCN trainers (output 3) accompanied by a Joint Staff Training Event (C1), where selected participants – Local Authorities Employees that are in touch with TCNs, will be trained to use the materials developed and the effective use of the social inclusion game. Output 4 provides a standardise process for the delivery of support to TCNs using outputs 2 and 3, with the support being provided by municipality staff and trainers that have attended C1 (Joint Staff Training).
